My clients received UCCB income (RC62) but the program allocates it to the spouse with the higher net income, is that normal? This situation occurs in a situation where the difference between the spouses' net income is equal to or less than the UCCB income.Example:
Family head net income (F236) = 20,000 20,000 - 19,000 = 1,000 1,000 < 1,200 In this situation the program will erroneously report the UCCB income in the higher net income spouse. Please contact our support team if you have clients in this situation. |
